We accept returns only if an item is faulty or incorrect.
We do not accept returns based on sizing issues.
Please refer to our size guide before placing your order, or reach out if you're unsure — we’re happy to help before you purchase.
To report a faulty or wrong item, email us at support@silentambition.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags and packaging
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refunds
If your return is approved due to a fault on our end, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or defective product, contact us at support@silentambition.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of it as fast as possible.
